By accessing and using Prompt-Stack, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Prompt-Stack for personal and commercial projects. This includes:

• Using the codebase for your own applications
• Modifying the code to suit your needs
• Deploying applications built with Prompt-Stack
• Creating products and services using the framework

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute Prompt-Stack as a competing product
• Use the product for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notations
• Share your license with others

4. Payment Terms

- Prompt Stack Studio: One-time payment of $197 (launch price)
- Future Programs: Details provided upon enrollment
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe or LemonSqueezy
- Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Studio. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Prompt-Stack are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Prompt-Stack or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Prompt-Stack.

8. Revisions

We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using Prompt-Stack, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
